Affordable Housing Access Inc

Affordable Housing Access Inc is a non-profit organization established in 1988 with a mission to create, acquire, rehabilitate, and preserve affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and the elderly. The organization's board members and staff are experts in affordable real estate finance, entitlement, management, development, and construction, with experience in producing over 30,000 dwelling units. They have received commendations for their contributions to low-income families, education, and affordable housing, and have been the recipient of the Mortgage Banker's Association of America's Affordable Housing Award. In addition to their work in affordable rental housing, the organization has also been active in HUD's single family disposition program and has established partnerships with developers and non-profit service providers to create on-site programs tailored to the needs of their communities. They also provide major support to Project Access, Inc, offering a range of programming to support the residents of their communities.
