Business Description
Air Advantage is a Michigan-based limited liability company offering wireless broadband solutions to customers in rural areas. Founded by Scott and Dawn Zimmer, Leroy A. Koglin, Jr. and David Simmet, the company provides an alternative to expensive telecom and cable high-speed access to the Internet. With grants and RUS loans from the USDA, the company has grown into a nationally ranked Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP). Customers appreciate their personalized service, clear line-of-sight from the towers, and affordability. On the other hand, many also report poor service and unreliable internet, especially during peak hours.
