Anam Cara Meditation Foundation

The Anam Cara Meditation Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization that offers free programs for teaching meditative practices from various sacred traditions, including Buddhist, Yogic, and Divine Feminine traditions. They have hosted esteemed teachers such as His Eminence Tsewang Seetar Rinpoche, Lama Pema Tenzin, Swami Chetan Jyoti Ma, and others to offer teachings and empowerments. Founder and director, Dr. Lawrence Edwards, trained as a monk in India and teaches a variety of methods for meditation. The foundation relies on tax-deductible donations to continue their work of providing non-denominational meditation instruction and support for ongoing practice to all who are interested.
