Ashoka is the world's largest community of leading social entrepreneurs, known as Ashoka Fellows, who are driving systemic change. Since its founding in 1980, Ashoka has been committed to measuring the impact of its efforts and has found that 80% of its Fellows have changed national-level systems within 10 years of their election. In addition to supporting social entrepreneurs, Ashoka is also focused on creating an "Everyone A Changemaker" society, and has established partnerships with media leaders, as well as programs for schools and youth, to prioritize empathy, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
