Dr. Aaron Ernst is the clinic director of Maximized Living Charlotte and co-host of the "AskDrErnst" weekly live health talk radio show in Charlotte, NC. He completed his undergraduate degree in Pre-Medicine at Messiah University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University. Dr. Ernst is a member of the Wellness Advisory Council and has assisted the USA Judo, Weight Lifting, and Wrestling teams, including serving as a team doctor for USA Judo at the 2012 London Summer Olympics. He established Maximized Living Charlotte in 2008 and is certified in functional nutrition, cellular detoxification, and structural spinal restoration. Dr. Ernst's mission is to save millions of lives around the world by educating and leading people to the true definition of health and healing through the 5 Essentials. Maximized Living Charlotte offers customized nutrient and detoxification plans, structural chiropractic and physical therapy, fitness coaching, and health talks and workshops.
