Assumption High School

Assumption High School, founded in 1955 and located in Louisville, Kentucky, is a Catholic college preparatory school for young women in grades 9-12. Sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, the school's mission is to educate the whole person in a caring, Christian environment, rooted in the values of Jesus Christ and the spirit of Catherine McAuley. Assumption offers a wide range of academic and co-curricular programs, complemented by spiritual and physical development opportunities, and has been recognized as a Cognia International School of Distinction.
