Atlantic Legal Foundation

Established in 1977, Atlantic Legal Foundation is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public interest law firm that advocates for individual liberty, free enterprise, property rights, limited and efficient government, and sound science in the courtroom. The foundation provides legal representation, without fee, to individuals, corporations, trade associations, parents, scientists, and educators, and frequently files amicus curiae briefs in high-profile court cases. Overseen by a Board of Directors and Advisory Council, the foundation has a history of advancing the rule of law and protecting fundamental rights and liberties. They also focus on important issues of federal and state constitutional law, corporate governance, and school choice.
