Autism Speaks U, launched in 2008, is a program aimed at supporting college students in their efforts to raise awareness, advocate, and fundraise for Autism Speaks. The program provides guidance and resources for planning and executing events, as well as connecting students with others across the country. Through this initiative, Autism Speaks aims to increase understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorders and raise critical funds for research and support. Founded in 2005 by Bob and Suzanne Wright, Autism Speaks has become the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization.
