Barrier Brewing Co. is a local craft brewery and taproom founded by brewers Evan Klein and Craig Frymark in Oceanside, NY. They started brewing on a 1bbl system in 2010 and expanded to a 5bbl brewhouse in 2012, only to be damaged by Hurricane Sandy. After rebuilding, Barrier reopened in 2013 and now produces nearly 50 different beers annually, self-distributed throughout the NY metro area.
