The staff includes veterinarians Dr. Glenn R. McDowell and Dr. Brianna McDowell, office manager Ruth Augustinowicz, veterinary technicians Karen Brandt and Jamielynn Glading, veterinary assistant Tara Shannon, and client service representative Helene Conway. Norman McDowell and Neville McDowell serve as the co-chief cat residents and official greeter and toy handler, respectively.
