It all started during the depression era when Joe Rabel asked Edgar Black Sr. to run a meat market for him, and the business has since grown into a legendary Texas Barbecue Joint. Now in its 4th generation of family ownership, Black's continues to serve up great Texas Barbecue, offering slow-smoked meats, Southern desserts, and live music in a rustic setting with a full bar and patio.
