Radonna Patterson is a well-recognized expert in diagnosing and treating structural body problems, with a career spanning over three decades. She established BODYWORKS in 1990 and is licensed in bodywork and massage therapy. Additionally, she is certified in Pilates, GYROTONIC, and GYROKINESIS. With a background in dance and choreography, Radonna's personal experience with a severe back injury led her to study various body therapies and develop her own style of treatment. BODYWORKS has a reputation for excellence and is the first host studio for GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS training in North Carolina. The studio offers regular teacher training workshops and has an outstanding staff of certified massage and movement therapists who work with clients to design individual wellness programs.
