Buchanan Partners is the 17th most active commercial developer in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of commercial property developed in the six years since its founding in 1998. The portfolio includes office, industrial, flex, and retail space projects, as well as more than 600 acres of commercial land acquired, planned, or developed. Notable developments include Lakeside at Loudoun Tech, a 315,000 square foot Class A office complex in Sterling, Va., and the first phase of the 450,000 square foot Heritage Hunt Commercial Park in Prince William County. Additionally, the company is developing the second phase of the 560,000 square foot Dulles Trade Center I flex/office condominium complex.
