Bullitt Foundation

The Integrated Design Lab (IDL) at the University of Washington, in partnership with the Bullitt Foundation, offers private and public group tours of the Bullitt Center, the world's greenest commercial office building. Private tours provide an in-depth understanding of the building's technical features and are led by UW CID staff, while public tours are led by trained volunteers and graduate students. The Bullitt Center, located in Seattle's Capitol Hill District, was designed to meet the Living Building Challenge and sets a new standard for sustainability and high-performance building practices. The Bullitt Center is a product of the Bullitt Foundation's vision to promote urban sustainability in the Northwest and is designed to inspire change in the movement toward high-performance green buildings and resilient cities.
