Career Gear

Career Gear is dedicated to promoting the economic independence of low-income men through a range of programs including financial literacy training, professional attire, and job-readiness skills. With a focus on creating self-sufficient and vital members of their communities, Career Gear has served 45,000 men since 1999 and continues to offer three distinct programs to facilitate employment and strengthen communities. These programs include the Job Readiness Program, the Professional Development Series Program, and the MAST Program, providing personalized support and mentoring to help men enter the workforce and become role models and mentors to their families and communities.
