Casa Youth Advocates

Casa Youth Advocates is a network of dedicated volunteers who believe in the fundamental obligation society has to abused and neglected children. These volunteers, appointed by judges, advocate for the rights and essential needs of these children, ensuring they have a voice in the foster care and welfare system. With a CASA volunteer, a child is half as likely to languish in the system and more likely to find a safe, permanent home. Currently, over 700 dependent children in Delaware County and Chester County do not have a CASA volunteer to represent their best interests, highlighting the need for more advocates.
