The Comprehensive Adolescent Program (CAP) is a community-based psycho-educational service offered to high-risk and court-involved juveniles and their families in Sussex and Morris County. Developed in partnership with the Sussex County Youth Services Commission and the Morris County Department of Human Services, CAP is funded by the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission. The program provides individual and family support sessions, psychoeducational groups, and case management to help juveniles succeed. Referrals are made by various agencies and organizations, and parent participation is mandatory. The Center for Evaluation and Counseling, Inc. (CEC) is a non-profit mental health center dedicated to providing mental health and supportive services to abused and neglected children and their families.
