Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence

Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence, Inc. is a student development program focused on providing quality, caring, and success-oriented in-school, after school, and summer programs for minority middle and high school students facing barriers to success. The program aims to help students chart their own course to success through mentoring, leadership, social development, cultural competency, and educational enrichment. The organization was inspired by Rose Varner-Gaskins' desire to enhance students' opportunities for success and was officially incorporated in February 2013.
