Charlotte's Restaurant has been Delaware County's best-kept secret for over 50 years, offering a limited menu, happy hour, and accommodations for all occasions. Known for having the "Best Crabcake in the Main Line" and recognized for "Best Fine Dining" by The News of Delaware County, Charlotte's Restaurant offers a throwback American menu highlighting seafood in a dimly lit setting with a piano player. The building has a rich history, having been bought in 1976 and transformed into the restaurant in 1981 in memory of the owner's mother, Charlotte Katherine Costalas. The restaurant also has a historical significance, having been a stagecoach stop for George Washington and part of the underground railroad.
