Columbus Elementary School

The Columbus Elementary School website was created to foster better communication with parents and encourage their participation in their child's education. All school activities and events will be posted, and volunteer opportunities will be available. The site is not a political platform, and negative comments will be deleted. Concerns can be directed to the PTO directly. The Columbus PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association. The school serves students from kindergarten through grade six and offers special education and gifted and talented programs. The parent-teacher organization sponsors field trips and fundraising events. Located in Forest Lake, Minn., the school is part of the Forest Lake Area Schools district, which operates more than 10 educational facilities and offers various special education and extracurricular programs.
