The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) Alumni Network's mission is to ensure the well-being of the African-American community by promoting participation in the democratic process and raising awareness of the achievements of African-Americans. The Network's Agenda for Change, I.C.E., focuses on informing, connecting, and enriching the lives of its members through various initiatives such as online publications, career opportunities, and community service events. The CBCF aims to achieve its mission through facilitating the exchange of ideas, developing research and resources, providing leadership development and scholarship opportunities, and addressing social, economic, and health disparities.
