Council-State Administration Vocational

The Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) is a national organization that advocates for the Public Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Composed of chief administrators of public rehabilitation agencies, CSAVR meets regularly to address issues within the field of rehabilitation and serve as an advisory body to federal agencies. Their mission is to maintain and enhance a strong, effective, and efficient national program of public vocational rehabilitation services, empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve employment, economic self-sufficiency, independence, and inclusion in our communities. Additionally, CSAVR provides a forum for member agencies to study and act upon matters affecting the national public program of vocational rehabilitation and supports research and demonstration projects for the improvement of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.
