Cross-Cultural Communications, LLC (CCC) is an international training agency specializing in medical and community interpreting, as well as cultural competence. With over 370 licensed trainers in 42 U.S. states, Washington, DC, Guam, and six other countries, CCC provides on-site and online training, consulting, and curriculum development without licensing fees. The core program, THE COMMUNITY INTERPRETER®, is a 40-hour certificate program for interpreters in medical, educational, and social services. CCC also publishes high-quality textbooks and manuals for interpreting, including the only comprehensive textbook for community interpreting. Founded in 2001, CCC's mission is to support agencies and individuals serving linguistic and cultural minorities, ensuring equal access to public services for all culturally diverse populations.
