I offer individual and family counseling services, with a clinical certificate in adoption and post master's certificate in play therapy. I am also certified as a clinical supervisor and have an intermediate certificate in sand play therapy. My therapeutic approaches include play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have experience helping individuals and families work through challenges related to adoption, anger, anxiety, depression, family issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress management, and trauma.
