E&L Construction Group, formerly known as Erickson & Lindstrom, is a Flint, Mich.-based construction company established in 1953. The company offers new construction, demolition and renovation services, and maintains strategic partnerships with architects, specialty construction groups, vendors and suppliers. E&L Construction Group provides design, general contracting, construction management, preconstruction, estimation and architectural services, as well as maintenance services including doors, windows and catch basin repair. The company has constructed various buildings including retail showrooms, offices, schools, hospitals, recreational centers, pump stations and water treatment plants. E&L Construction Group's current projects include Hurley Hospital, Flint Water Treatment Plant, Meijer Store and Luke M. Powers High School, and it has a staff of more than 120 employees.
