East Foundation

The East Foundation, established in 2007 through the generous gift of Robert Claude East, is a nonprofit tax exempt organization dedicated to supporting wildlife conservation and public benefits of ranching and land stewardship. Through integrated programs of research, education, and outreach, the Foundation focuses on understanding wildlife and livestock interactions, documenting biodiversity and native ecological conditions, and enhancing wildlife resources on over 215,000 acres of native South Texas rangeland. The Foundation's ranchlands serve as a field laboratory for discovery and problem solving in sustainable livestock production and wildlife conservation.
