East West Karate and Fitness

East West Karate Academy is a traditional Martial Arts School located on Lafayette Road in Sparta, NJ. They offer classes in Isshinryu Karate and Okinawan weapons for students ages 4 and up, with a student population consisting of 50% children and 50% teens and adults. The school has a flexible schedule to accommodate most people and has been a leader in martial arts training in Sussex County since 1989.
