Emerging Strategies for Learning and Leadership Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides personal safety and anti-bias training to children, teens, and adults, as well as their educators and service providers. The organization's Prepare/IMPACT curriculum focuses on teaching safety boundaries, verbal communication, and self-defense techniques. The trauma-informed, evidence-based experiential learning aims to instill a sense of self-value and confidence in participants. The Walk the Talk programs bring anti-bias and anti-bullying education to middle and high school teens.
