Debra, the founder of "Energy Pathways to Harmony", offers a variety of therapeutic bodywork and massage services focusing on energy pathways such as meridians, sen lines, and reflex maps. She works closely with the 5 element theory, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Services are available by appointment at Shakti Yoga & Living Arts and for home visits in Maplewood/South Orange, Jersey City, and NYC. Debra also offers reflexology and Qigong classes, with certification and CE credit options in the works. "Energy Pathways to Harmony" was established in 2007 after Debra graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy in Hackensack, NJ. The colorful space offers traditional massage, Qigong, reflexology, and Shiatsu.
