(EOP) has been a leader in diversity recruitment publishing since 1968, providing career-guidance and recruitment magazines for women, members of minority groups, and people with disabilities. Under the leadership of CEO John R. Miller III, EOP has established itself as the nation's only interracially owned and staffed company, publishing seven magazines focused on diversity employment trends.
