Felines & Canines

Felines & Canines is a no-kill animal shelter in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood, dedicated to providing a safe and loving shelter to abandoned, injured, abused, and neglected animals. They have been caring for animals in need since 1977 and expanded their mission to include dogs in 2012. The organization is funded through adoption fees, fundraising events, foundations, and generous donations, and does not receive federal or state funding. They provide a cageless environment for approximately 130 cats and kittens, ensuring they are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and receive necessary medical care. Felines & Canines works with adopters to find the right match for each cat and provides ongoing support to ensure a successful transition into their new home. If interested in supporting their mission, individuals can donate, volunteer, or adopt a cat in need.
