Flatbread Company is a full-service restaurant featuring all-natural pizza cooked in a wood fired, hand-made, earthen oven. The restaurant boasts organic salad with homemade organic dressing and artisan cheese from Vermont and Maine, as well as delicious oven-warmed desserts with local ice cream. Our guests can enjoy a locally crafted draft beer or glass of organic wine with "pizza" you can feel good about.
