Franklin Lakes Board-Education

The Franklin Lakes Public Schools serve children in Pre-K through Grade Eight in the northwest section of Bergen County, New Jersey. The community of Franklin Lakes is home to nearly 10,500 residents and is a full service community appealing to residents of all ages. The public schools educate approximately 1,450 students in three neighborhood elementary schools and one centrally located middle school. The schools reflect the values of the community and its regard for teaching and learning, with a focus on academics, character, and culture. The Board of Education, in collaboration with administration, staff, and parents, aims to provide a comprehensive, academically challenging educational program that recognizes the individual needs of students and responds to the changing demands of society.
