Fuchsia Tiki Bar is a joint venture between Ada Xiao and Anton Kinloch, building on the success of Asian Fusion. The goal is to provide a space with whimsical décor, playful cocktails, and an atmosphere where guests can unwind and escape the demands of modern society. With over thirty years of combined experience in hospitality, the owners aim to delight the palate and excite the senses. Fuchsia Tiki Bar is the only authentic tiki bar in the Hudson Valley, serving craft cocktails and amazing sushi since 2019. As an extension of Asian Fusion, the bar offers a smaller menu with a focus on the cocktail program, allowing guests to enjoy smaller bites and shareables in an intimate setting.
