Galyn's

Established in 1986 by the Leiser family, Galyn's is a full-service restaurant located in Bar Harbor, Maine. The restaurant offers reasonably priced, well-prepared American fare, fine wines, and craft cocktails in a comfortable atmosphere. The building, dating back to the 1880s, features five pleasant dining rooms and a cozy Galley Lounge with original artwork and materials salvaged from island landmarks. The menu includes fresh fish, local seafood, hand-cut steaks, prime rib, burgers, salads, and lobster rolls. Galyn's also offers a special menu for children and a selection of beers, cocktails, and wines. Dine-in, take-out, and limited walk-in seating are available, and reservations are encouraged.
