Gilbert Defense Arts, founded in 2002 by two passionate martial artists, has been dedicated to providing high-quality martial arts instruction to the Gilbert community. With a philosophy of dedication, hard work, and fun, the instructors at Gilbert Defense Arts aim to help students become better martial artists and better individuals. The dojo, originally located in the Albertsons shopping center, has since relocated to Gilbert Town Square. Specializing in personalized martial arts and self-defense instruction for men, women, and children, Gilbert Defense Arts offers a unique approach to training with private instruction for every student every week.
