Global Gifts is a nonprofit organization committed to serving impoverished artisans and producers in the developing world by providing fair income and employment, marketing ethically produced handmade products, educating the public about different cultures and traditions, and helping consumers spend their shopping dollars in ways that benefit impoverished peoples around the world. Founded in the 1980s, Global Gifts has expanded to multiple locations and offers a unique shopping experience with hundreds of artisan-made items from around the world, all upholding fair trade principles.
