They also provide mixed martial arts training with an above ground Octagon in Walden. Special programs include Women’s Kickboxing and Defensive Tactics for Law Enforcement. The facility is 8,300 square feet and houses Han Ho Martial Arts, Secret Weapon MMA, and Deep Roots Wrestling Club. They offer a variety of a la carte classes, including BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Women’s Kickboxing, and Defensive Tactics for Law Enforcement.
