Formerly known as Houston's, the restaurant has been a flagship for the Hillstone Restaurant Group since 1976. The menu features simple, exceptionally prepared dishes with a focus on high-quality produce, meat, fish, and chicken. The restaurant also serves hand-selected U.S.D.A. Prime Beef and offers live jazz seven nights a week. Hillstone is part of the Hillstone Restaurant Group, which operates various other restaurants and maintains a public art collection.
