The Hot Bagel Bakery, owned and operated by brothers Daniel and John Grimes since 1979, is a long-running, no-nonsense pit stop specializing in traditional Jewish-style bagels and coffee. Using an old-fashioned barrel mixer, the brothers hand roll and bake their bagels in a revolving oven daily, ensuring the perfect bagel crunch. Under the supervision of the Jersey Shore Orthodox Rabbinate, the bakery prides itself on producing the freshest and best-tasting bagels using the finest ingredients available every day of the year.
