Jetta Operating Company, Inc is a privately held oil and gas company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Founded in 1991, the company operates over 850 properties in the United States, with a significant presence in the Texas Gulf Coast, West Texas Region, Southern Mid-Continent Region, Louisiana Salt Basin, Mississippi Salt Basin, and the Rocky Mountain Region. Additionally, Jetta has a subsidiary, Jetta Operating Appalachia, LLC, focused on over 400 properties in the Appalachian region of Kentucky. In 1994, Jetta formed a jointly owned operating company, NaJet, with Nadel and Gussman, LLC, to operate properties in North Louisiana. The company has been recognized by the Oil and Gas Financial Journal as one of the top 50 U.S. private E & P companies based on operated production in the United States.
