Jobs With Justice

Jobs With Justice is a grassroots organization founded in 1987 with the goal of advocating for workers' rights as part of a larger movement for economic and social justice. The organization focuses on long-term coalition building, grassroots organizing, and strategic action to support workers and their communities. With nearly 100,000 people pledging to support others' struggles, Jobs With Justice has built coalitions in over 40 cities across 25 states, working on both workplace justice and community campaigns. In 2009 alone, the organization supported over 135,000 workers in various campaigns, including organizing, first contract negotiations, and community advocacy on issues such as healthcare, immigrants' rights, and minimum wage increases. Jobs With Justice believes in the power of solidarity and aims to create lasting change for working families.
