Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy

Founded over 70 years ago, Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy (JKHA) is a Modern Orthodox, co-educational Yeshiva day school that instills a love of Torah, Mitzvot, and Midot in its students, while fostering a strong connection to the land and people of Israel. The school offers a rigorous dual academic program that emphasizes critical thinking, invention, and experiential learning. Students are valued for their unique gifts and talents, and are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and contribute to the community. The school's Judaic Studies program focuses on Torah scholarship and the study of oral and written traditions, while instilling a love and practice of faith. With a focus on Religious Zionism, JKHA/RKYHS aims to develop productive, caring members of society who will serve and lead their communities. The school offers a range of academic and religious programs for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight, and provides a variety of facilities and resources to enhance the learning experience.
