JS Emmanuel is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, including notable names in the public sector such as GE, EG and G Sealol, Lowes Home Centers, ABM, Lason, Bank of America, and CBS, as well as numerous privately held companies. Mr. Emmanuel has successfully managed and directed operating companies that oversaw a portfolio of 118 commercial real estate assets, cultivating strong tenant and client relationships in both the public and private sectors. His expertise extends to advising owners of family-owned and privately-held companies on sales, recapitalizations, and refinancing of their businesses and real estate.
