The KC Timber Challenge is a locally produced obstacle course that offers six different obstacle course race events each year, as well as daily Ninja Training Obstacle Tours for groups of six or more. The course is located on over 100 wooded acres along the banks of the Kansas River, and features 40+ permanent obstacles. The yearly events include a variety of challenges for all skill levels, while the daily Ninja Training Obstacle Tour offers a private 2-hour guided hike with custom obstacles based on the athletic ability of the group. The course is located at Zip KC in Bonner Springs, just 30 minutes from Downtown Kansas City or Johnson County.
