These facilities offer comfortable and attractive living accommodations in a variety of price ranges and sizes, with approximately 25% of the entering freshmen class choosing to live in one of these facilities. In addition to the PCH facilities, all of Illinois’s 70+ fraternity and sorority houses are also certified by the University. The Private Certified Housing Office works year-round to ensure that all facilities meet city, state, and university requirements to retain their certification.
