Larry B. Feinstein

Larry B. Feinstein is an experienced commercial and business law attorney who has represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, as well as in state court receiverships. With a background as a member of the Chapter 7 Trustee's Panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, he has served as an active bankruptcy trustee for over 1,000 cases. Feinstein has also litigated numerous cases before the bankruptcy court and has represented companies in reorganization plans. In addition, he has a strong interest in computers and technology matters, having served as general counsel for InterSoft Software, Inc. and represented other companies in various corporate and commercial legal issues. His expertise includes corporate annual meetings, bank refinancing, secured debt renegotiations, buy-back agreements, negotiations with taxing agencies, financing and factoring agreements, real estate leases, UCC issues, and corporate and business structures and reorganizations.
