Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. With a presence in Arizona since 1963, the organization raises funds through statewide events and campaigns, investing in blood cancer research, providing patient services, forming community partnerships, and offering financial aid. The need is critical, as blood cancers are a leading cause of cancer-related deaths in Arizona, and the organization relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, and foundations to support its efforts. In fiscal year 2012, LLS distributed over $1 million in direct financial assistance to Arizona families battling blood cancers.
