Loyola Development Corporation

Loyola Development Corporation was established to revitalize the South End Neighborhood and address the needs of the community. The organization aims to provide affordable housing and promote economic development in partnership with the City, with a focus on assisting low and moderate income individuals. As a non-profit, Loyola is dedicated to preventing neighborhood deterioration and promoting the general social welfare through housing construction, rehabilitation, ownership, and operation.
