Maxwells is Park City's only ultra lounge and full-service restaurant, offering East Coast-style pizza, wings, and cheesesteaks in the bar, and homemade Italian dishes in the restaurant. The establishment is known for being the home of Fat Kid Pizza, which is considered Utah's best pizza. Inspired by his grandmother's Italian restaurant in South New Jersey, owner Steven Maxwell pays tribute to her hand-made recipes and welcoming ambiance at Maxwell's. The restaurant also has a location in downtown Salt Lake City, which opened in July 2011.
